About the Event
This webinar will introduce emotion regulation from a mindfulness-based perspective as a fundamental skill for psychological well-being.
It will help you to understand the role of emotions and how to recognize ( internal body signals and external expression of emotions ) and name them.
Starting from analyzing dysfunctional patterns to regulate emotions, this webinar will provide practical tips that will help increase positive emotions and reduce emotional vulnerability and also skills to deal with difficult emotions.
