The FAST Freedom Program was developed by food sensitivity expert – Wendy Busse, MSc, RD. The program helps food-sensitive clients rebuild their body and food trust to minimize food reactivity, end their restricted diet struggles and enjoy delicious meals. FAST = Food Avoidance & Sensitivity Trap. It is a five-phase, guided self-reflection process. The first three phases help clients rebuild their body and food trust.
