This summer we'll be gearing up for our Mindful Eating Day 2019 celebration with a free online webinar series for TCME members. The aim of this training is for you to take the information and resources shared via these three webinars and from TCME’s resource library, and then create social media posts and mindful eating practices to be delivered on one of the days of January 2019.
Collectively, we will create a supportive space to share with a wider community the benefits of having a mindful eating practice and how it can provide a peaceful and healing relationship with food, eating, and our bodies.
This 3-part webinar series , facilitated by Megrette Fletcher and Linn Thorstensson, is a unique opportunity for our TCME members to develop their social media communication skills in a creative, collaborative environment with peers. We ask that participants have active Facebook and Google accounts as we'll be sharing our work and connecting between sessions. It will be an opportunity for people to deepen their own mindful eating skills and mindful eating teaching skills, to co-brand with TCME and for all of us to spread the message of Mindful Eating wider and further to the public.
