Join Megrette Fletcher, M.Ed., RDN, CDCES, as she provides foundational Motivational Interviewing Training that supports mindful eating. This program will help you understand how the spirit of motivational interviewing aligns with the principles of mindful eating. You will practice your new skills by participating in Motivational Interviewing and Mindful Eating role-play. Learning Motivational Interviewing to support the practice of mindful eating will elevate your coaching skills. Participants will also receive a complimentary workbook to accompany the course. Her focus on decreasing stigma in diabetes care fuels her passion for weight-neutral diabetes care, treatment, and prevention.
