In this participatory event Linn Thorstensson DipNT mNTOI will invite you to explore how giving us permission to eat foods, especially foods that you previously have forbidden or if you've had lots of food rules can change our relationship with food and eating. Together we will look at The Diet-Restrict-Binge Cycle, and how food rules can play a part in keeping this going and how permission can help get us out of it. We will explore common fears and beliefs around what might happen if you let go of food rules and restriction and we will talk about permission as an ongoing practice in our mindful eating journey. Attending live is highly recommended as this is an event that invites you to come with your own questions, lived experience and input. Learning Objectives
