Educational Series: Community Practice

These guided practice sessions are led by mindfulness and mindful eating professionals.  Each session is 45 - 60 minutes long and consists of a short introduction, guided practice, and concluding discussion.

About the Practice

Join us for our monthly online community mindfulness practice! Mindfulness cultivates attention and awareness of thoughts, feelings, and all the senses without judgment. It encourages curiosity and cultivates compassion, thus providing a foundation for mindful eating. 

The Center for Mindful Eating is committed to developing a community that shares the common goal of increasing awareness and compassion. We want to create a protected time and space where you can start a mindfulness practice, or deepen your existing practice, in the company of like-minded people.
