Event Details

Educational Series: The Mindful Eating Experience

These guided practice sessions are led by mindfulness and mindful eating professionals.  Each session is 45 - 60 minutes long and consists of a short introduction, guided practice, and concluding discussion.

Date: 3rd* Wednesday of Each Month

Time: 12:00 - 1:00 pm Eastern Time

About the Practice

Join us for our monthly online community meditation! Meditation cultivates attention and awareness of thoughts, feelings, and all the senses without judgment. It encourages curiosity and cultivates compassion, thus providing a foundation for mindful eating. 

The Center for Mindful Eating is committed to developing a community that shares the common goal of increasing awareness and compassion. We want to create a protected time and space where you can learn to meditate, or deepen your existing practice, in the company of like-minded people. 


Enroll in the Meditation Series which occurs on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month. Registering for the series  allows you to easily join any of the monthly sessions throughout the year. You will receive a monthly reminder a few days before each session begins.
