The I-EAT programme is dedicated to Health Professionals interested in learning about Mindful Eating IN ITALIAN.
It is based on the development of Trust and Love for the body. It is a meditation based and enhances connection with the body.
Trust is developed through a number of exercises with food that promote body self-regulation; love is developed using all the compassion and forgiveness we possibly can.
It is composed by two levels:
I-EAT level 1 - which provides the basics to be able to teach the I-EAT programme
I-EAT level 2 - which aims at deepening our personal mindful eating practice and develop a deeper understanding of the curriculum as well as the role of the mindful eating teacher

Dr Cinzia Pezzolesi
PhD, MBCT, Clinic.Psychol
I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist and senior lecturer on mental health and wellbeing. I qualified as a mindfulness teacher at the University of Bangor (North Wales, UK) and as CBT therapist at Oxford University. I am currently acting as the Clinical Director of The Mindfulness Project (UK).
I am also a Mindful Eating trainer (received my formal training in Boston USA) and a member of the board of the Centre for Mindful Eating in the USA.
I have a PhD in Human Factors in Health Care and obtained my Clinical Psychologist degree from the University of Urbino (IT). I currently live in the UK, and over the years I have developed a strong research interest around wellbeing and mindfulness in various health care settings. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and wellbeing at work.
