Mindful Living isn't just a way of eating, it's a way of living. Mindful Eating actually exists in a much wider context that includes the ways in which we may harm ourselves both physically and emotionally. Additionally we will examine the ways in which we speak about our food that may be ungrateful and even morally incorrect. How honest are we about how we use food to dampen emotions or use food as a weapon against ourselves? And of course, there are the ways in which we may use food as an intoxicant. This teleconference focuses on the ethics of mindful eating and the impact they have on both sabotaging and enhancing our relationship to food, our bodies and our relationships.
