If you and your body aren’t exactly on friendly terms, there can be some resistance to listening to its need for movement. Numerous barriers shut off the messages that your body sends you about how to take care of it. As a result, there is a dis-ease in the body that can make engaging in exercise challenging. In this program, learn how to reclaim your body while you experience the deliciousness of moving it in ways that are supportive of your health and wellbeing.
Participants will:
1 Describe the barriers to engaging in regular movement and exercise.
2 List the three most important ways to make physical activity a delicious part of your life
3 Learn a visualization technique for improving your intention to move your body more often
