Resources for Mindful Eating Professionals
The Center for Mindful Eating has been providing resources, education, networking, and professional development opportunities since 2006. Our vision is to be an effective, accessible vehicle for training professionals in the principles and practices of mindful eating and to foster wisdom, mindfulness, and ethical action in education, policy, research and healthcare, pertaining to food and eating.
TCME is a multi-disciplinary organization made up of professionals including: psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, dietitians, educators, teachers, physicians, nurses, environmentalists, public health organizations and more.
Learn how to bring the concepts of Mindful Eating into your professional work. Our live webinars provide interactive educational opportunities with mindfulness and mindful eating experts around the world. Many of these webinars offer continuing education credit.
Professional Education series are 45-60 minute professional enrichment webinars on a variety of topic related to mindfulness, mindful eating, body image, and more. These are free to TCME members.
Our Foundations II series consist of 5 2-part webinars on foundational mindful eating topics. TCME members receive a 50% discount on Foundations webinars.
Exploring Mindful Eating series webinars are aimed at non-professionals, but may be of interest to professionals just beginning to integrate mindful eating into their professional practice.
We have an extensive archive of recorded webinar programs available in both the free portion of our website and in our Recordings Store. Most of these are free to TCME members, and a few are free to everyone.

We also have free guided meditations and mindful eating practice audio recordings.
Each issue of our quarterly journal Food for Thought contains articles focusing on a mindful eating topic, and educational handout for clients, and either a scripted meditation practice or further exploration of the philosophical roots of mindful eating.
