is for licensed Masters and Doctorate level behavioral health professionals who wish to offer a proven mindful eating program for the treatment of binge eating disorder (BED). Therapists who participate in this comprehensive training learn how to facilitate the AIH ME-BE program, including a series of ten psychoeducational group workshops based on the

and ten small group or individual therapeutic sessions. This program is designed to be turnkey (including business and marketing) so therapists can focus their time reaching those who need help.
