What if one could eat from a Self-led place, with Calmness, Confidence, Clarity, Courage, Curiosity, Compassion, Creativity and a sense of Connectedness?
What if the diet managers and the firefighters could be released from their extreme roles?
What if those parts could allow the inherent body wisdom about When, What and How much to eat inform one in making sensible choices about eating?
What if one could truly care for exiled parts, which the disordered eating system is trying to protect?

This experiential workshop is an opportunity to internalize the essentials of a healthy relationship with food and body.
- You will learn to trust your body’s innate ability to eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’ve had enough.
- You will learn to enjoy eating with greater awareness, confidence and pleasure.
- In addition to learning the difference between nutritional and emotional hunger, you will learn how to nourish yourself without deprivation.
- Using the Internal Family Systems approach, we will identify and get to know parts connected to the reasons we “resist” responding to bodily cues of hunger and satiety
