Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Program Therapist Training
is for licensed Masters and Doctorate level behavioral health professionals and Treatment Teams who wish to offer a proven mindful eating program for the treatment of binge eating disorder (BED). Therapists who participate in this comprehensive training learn how to facilitate the AIH ME-BE program, including a series of ten psychoeducational group workshops based on the
Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Cycle and ten small group or individual therapeutic sessions. This program is designed to be turnkey (including business and marketing) so therapists can focus their time reaching those who need help.
You will earn a total of 53 continuing education credits (see details) by completing the four training modules. 33 of the credits are earned during the live Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Binge Eating Retreat and Training which is included in your registration.
