Join Marsha Hudnall, MS, RDN, CD, in this interactive webinar that explores how to bring self-compassion to self-talk about food and eating, to support eating in a way that leaves room for the many roles food plays in healthy living -- and leaves us feeling well, too.


Participants will:


  • Explain the three main components of self-compassion
  • Apply the 3 main components of self-compassion to change negative self-talk around food and eating
  • Cite 3 common thinking errors that drive negative self-talk around food and eating


Marsha Hudnall, MS, RDN, CD is president and co-owner of Green Mountain at Fox Run, a women’s weight management retreat in Vermont that pioneered the non-diet approach to healthy weights. Green Mountain was founded 40 years ago to help women stop dieting and learn how to truly take care of themselves to reach and maintain their natural healthy weights. Mindful eating has been a core component of the program for over 25 years.
