For those who struggle with their weight, the holidays present a special challenge. How will I be able to stay away from all the goodies? This webinar presents a 5-step mindful eating plan for moving away from food fears and being able to participate fully in the many pleasures of this time of year. Especially designed for people who struggle with overeating and weight.


Join Marsha Hudnall, MS, RDN, CD president and co-owner of Green Mountain at Fox Run, a women’s weight management retreat in Vermont that pioneered the non-diet approach to healthy weights. Green Mountain was founded 40 years ago to help women stop dieting and learn how to truly take care of themselves to reach and maintain their natural healthy weights. Mindful eating has been a core component of the program for over 25 years.


Participants will :
Recognize how letting your body guide you in what you really want to eat helps you eat those special treats of the holidays in a way that leaves you feeling goods
Describe how to manage holiday food choices based on what you enjoy without feeling out of control
Explain how the pressure about what you 'should' and 'shouldn't' eat only enhances the 'forbidden fruit' response
